Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with your tracking number when your order has shipped. 

Once the package is in dropped off at Canada Post, we have no control over how long delivery will take. Please contact your local post office for this kind of information. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We ship to Canada and USA. Our shipping rates are based on the total of your order. Which means, the more you spend, the less shipping costs for you. Our prices are adjusted regularly in accordance with Canada Post shipping rates.

Flat Rate Tiers:

Up to 50$, 50$-100$, 100$-150$, 150$ -200$, 200$ +

Local delivery

5$ local delivery is available for orders within the Nogojiwanong (Peterborough, Ontario) area. 

Deliveries are made every day of the week (sometimes even weekends). Packages are left outside since we do not have access to Postal boxes. An email notification will be sent when the package is delivered.

We are not responsible for theft or loss of order if the local delivery option is selected. Local Delivery is at the risk of the customer.

Local Pickup

We do not offer a Local Pickup option at this time.

Double Check Your Shipping Address

Please be sure to double check your mailing or delivery address. Sometimes, Canada Post will send the package back to us via. Return to Sender. To get your order to you, we must purchase and print a whole new shipping label which is often 15$-30$. If the address you provided was incorrect, we may ask for a 10$ re-shipping fee. 

In the case of deliveries, we deliver at the address provided on the order. We are not responsible for any lost packages. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cedarlilie.beads@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cedarlilie.beads@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
