To apply your tax exemption, please follow these simple steps:

1. Send Us an Email: Email us at cedarlilie.beads@gmail.com or by filling the form below with the following information

• Your full name
• A clear photo of your Status Card
• The email address you use or plan to use at checkout on our website.

2. Confirmation: Once we verify your Status Card and email address, we’ll add your email to our system, ensuring the tax exemption applies automatically when you shop using that email.

Important:

• You must use the email address provided in your application when placing orders.
• The tax exemption will not apply if a different email is used at checkout.
• Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your application.
