I do not accept refunds, however, if you have any problems with your order please do not hesitate to reach out and we can come to a solution.

Although beadwork is pretty strong and resilient. I use the best quality of materials to ensure that my products stay beautiful for a long time, but, like any other handmade goods, wear and tear might cause some beads to loosen or for findings to fall off. If there is minor damage to a piece of beadwork that you have purchased from me, I am happy to repair it for you, just pay for the shipping back to me. Any damage that would require me to completely remake the piece will not be accepted free of charge. That said, if you'd like a major repair or if you have lost an earring, I am happy to remake it or fix it for you at cost. 

To ensure that your beadwork stays beautiful when you are not wearing it, here are a few tips for storing beadwork. Fringe earrings should be stored flat or handing. Humidity might cause the thread to stretch so rooms that have a lot of steam, like a bathroom, are not a recommended storage area. Any other type of beadwork should be stores in a box or a protected area when not being used or worn.
